In the event that your purchase from Orange Mountain Pty Ltd is found to be faulty, broken in transit or wrongly described, then Orange Mountain Pty Ltd will refund or exchange the product at your discretion.
NB: Proof of purchase must be provided to Orange Mountain Pty Ltd to obtain an exchange or refund.
Delivery of products is made by post or courier and is not guaranteed to occur within any particular time frame as these delivery mechanisms are outside our control. Allow for up to a week for delivery or longer if in TAS, NT or WA. If an express courier or express post is required by you then additional charges will apply.
