2010 Orange Mountain Viognier ( 5 BRONZE MEDALS)
The 2010 Viognier is classically aromatic with rich apricot and pear aromas. The palate displays stone fruit flavours, fresh acidity and a crisp citrus finish. A portion of the 2010 viognier was matured in French oak barrels for 12 months and this brings an attractive spicy layer of complexity to the wine. The wine is a perfect accompaniment for fresh seafood dishes and spicy cuisine.

2010 Orange Mountain Chardonnay
The 2010 Chardonnay was fermented in stainless steel tanks and matured in French Oak barrels for 12 months. A delicate and crisp cool climate style. This wine exhibits aromas of white peach, butterscotch and spice, with flavours of pear, stone fruit and cashew.

2012 Orange Mountain Riesling (NEW RELEASE 1 GOLD MEDAL)
The Orange Mountain 2012 Riesling was made, from hand-picked grapes grown at the highly esteemed “Galens Tor” vineyard nearby. The cool climate of Orange is a perfect climate for the production of this noble wine style. The palate is rich with citrus characters and exhibits a minerally complexity. The aroma is fragrant and fruity and this wine is an excellent accompaniment for spicy Thai cuisine.

2009 Orange Mountain Pinot Noir
The 2009 Pinot Noir displays aromas of spice and cherry with herbal complexity. The palate has rich cherry and strawberry characters, with subtle fine tannins. This wine was bottled without filtration and received minimal handling during its 12 months in French Oak barrels. Natural sedimentation may occur as a result.

2009 Manildra Merlot
The 2009 Manildra Merlot exhibits delicate flavours of chocolate and red berry. A soft tannin structure and integrated oak meld to deliver mid-palate pudding flavours. The Merlot has earthy rhubarb and spicy characters and was matured in French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months. There are only 1200 bottles released from the 2009 exceptional vintage.

2009 Manildra Shiraz / Viognier
The 2009 Shiraz Viognier is intensely aromatic thanks to the addition of a small amount of Viognier. This wine has a lifted floral aroma of violets, red berry, liquorice and spice. Rich fruit flavours of dark cherry, raspberry and earthy mulberry accompany the velvet tannin structure. This wine was matured in new and some aged French oak hogshead barrels for 12 months prior to final blending and bottling.

2011 Mountain Ice Viognier
Mountain Ice is made from Viognier grapes that were harvested in April 2011. After crushing and pressing, the juice was further intensified by advanced freeze concentration technology to produce this luscious dessert wine. Mountain Ice exhibits rich passionfruit, pineapple and citrus aromas that compliment the concentrated palate of stone fruit and sweet melon with a long spicy aftertaste.
